Movie synopsis
After skimming cash from her mafia boss, the alluring Cherry (Kira Reed Lorsch) makes a daring run for Las Vegas, hoping the neon sheen of the desert city will swallow her sins whole. But betrayal has a way of drawing hungry eyes, and a crew of hardened bandits, intent on dragging her back to Los Angeles, sets off in pursuit across the sun-scorched highway. Along the way, loyalties blur and tempers flare as dangerous attractions simmer beneath the chase.
Director Kelley Cauthen fills this crime drama with simmering rivalries and open desire, as Mia Zottoli's sultry Asia and Tracy Ryan's sly Norma Jean add fuel to the tension, while Ron Cobert's Elrey and Brandon Molale's Big Boy circle ever closer. Forbidden Highway is a seductive ride through greed, jealousy, and temptation, where every stop along the road promises a new, irresistible risk.
